13～19為對應的個位數單詞（或變形）后加-teen：

20～90為其對應個位數單詞（或變形）后加-ty：

21～99的非整十基數詞要在十位數和個位數之間加連字符“-”：

101～999的三位數，百位數和十位數（若無十位數則和個位數）之間用and連接，百后用單數形式：

當hundred, thousand, million前有確切的數字時，不能使用復數形式,也不能加of；當表示不確切數字，如成百、成千上萬、數以百萬計等時，則用復數形式+of表示。

基數詞的用法
1.表示數量：three apples (三個蘋果)。
2.表示時刻、年份、年代：nine o’clock (九點鐘)；in two thousand and twenty (在2020年)；in the 1930s (在20世紀30年代)。
3.表示年齡：He is ten (years old). (他十歲了)；in one’s thirties (在某人三十幾歲時)。
4.表示事物編號：Room 105(105房間)；Lesson Six (第六課)
5.數學運算：Two and three is five. (二加三等于五)。

★序數詞的構成
①1，2，3 是序數詞中變化最特別的幾個數字：first, second, third。
②序數詞 4-19 在相應基數詞詞尾加 _______________ 構成，例如： six-sixth, thirteen-thirteenth；
序數詞 5,8,9,12 需要特殊記憶 ： five-fifth，eight-eighth，nine-ninth，twelve-twelfth。

③20-99 之間的整十位數在構成序數詞時，將相應基數詞詞尾 -y 變成 -i， 再加 -eth。例如：twentieth (第 20), sixtieth (第 60)。其余個位數不為零的十位數在構成序數詞時，十位數用基數詞表示，個位數用____________ 表示。如：twenty-third (第 23)，thirty-seventh (第 37)。
④ 百位以上數構成序數詞時，將最后一個數變為序數詞，例如：one hundred and seventy-eighth (第 178)。

基變序，有規律 ，后面th加上去；
一二三，特殊記， 后面字母t, d, d；
八去t， 九去e， f 來把ve替；
若是遇到幾十幾 ，只變個位就可以；
兩位數或兩以上，數字只需變個位；
序數詞前要加the, 我們一定要牢記。

序數詞的用法
1. 序數詞用作定語, 前面要加定冠詞。
The first truck is carrying baskets.
2. 序數詞前面可加不定冠詞來表示 “再一”，“又一” 這樣的意思。
We’ll have to do it a second time. 我們不得不再做一次。
3. 表示年、月、日時, 年用基數詞表示, 日用序數詞表示。

4. 編碼時，既可用基數詞也可用序數詞。
