1. First, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. 不要害怕犯錯誤。
be afraid to do sth.意為“害怕做某事”。
用法：后接動詞原形，表示因恐懼或擔憂而不敢做某事。
例句：Many learners are afraid to speak Chinese because they are worried about making mistakes.許多學習者害怕說中文，因為他們擔心犯錯。

2. I made fun of myself and repeated the words loudly。我拿自己開玩笑，并大聲地重復著那些單詞。
make fun of意為“取笑；嘲弄；取笑；拿…開玩笑”。
用法：固定短語，后接某人或某事，注意of是介詞，后接名詞、代詞或動名詞。
例句：Don't make fun of others when they make mistakes.（當別人犯錯時，不要嘲笑他們。）
3. Third, find out how you learn best. 第三，找出你最適合的學習方式。
find out 意為“查明；弄清楚”。
用法：強調通過調查、研究等方式弄清楚事情的真相或找到解決問題的方法，后接名詞、代詞或賓語從句。
例句：We need to find out how we can learn Chinese best.（我們需要找出怎樣才能最好地學習中文。）
4. I take them as pictures when I am writing the characters. 我在寫這些漢字時，把它們當作圖畫來看。
take... as意為“把……當作……；將……視為……”
這個短語用于表示將某人或某物理解、解釋或當作是另一種身份或事物。它強調的是一種主觀上的“認定”或“看待方式”。
例句：We often take failure as a chance to learn.
