教材簡析 What 主題意義&主要內容 本課時是一節聽力和故事閱讀課，根據圖片信息推測聽力內容，做到有目的地去聽錄音，聽后完成判斷任務。故事篇 How 文體結構&語言特點 通過圖文提示，在教師的引導下，學生了解從古至今辨別方位的方法，拓展生活常識；通過略讀、精讀等閱讀方法理解對話語篇大意，掌握feature的內涵，了解從cinema到restaurant的路線，并完成相應的讀寫活動，感受個別語句的語音、語調；通過前面設計的地圖，扮演“導航人”，以第一人稱的視覺導航路線，感受核心語言的語用價值，進一步感受BDS的強大功能，體驗科技改變生活的樂趣。 Why 語篇意圖&語篇價值 通過學習本課的內容，了解從古至今辨別方位的方法，理解語篇內容，養成良好的閱讀習慣，完成相應的讀寫任務，激發學生的民族自豪感，體驗科技改變生活。
教學目標 語言能力： 能在圖片和文本語境的幫助下，聽懂、會說、會認核心詞匯和句型， 能運用所學句型詞匯和句型正確指引路線。 思維品質： 能運用所學詞匯和句型問答等進行正確的指路等， 能運用核心句型進行簡單問答某個場所的位置并能正確指引路線 文化品格： 通過游戲和小組合作等活動，學會與他人合作學習的能力 2.了解英語的語言表達，體會不同的語言魅力，促進心智發展。 學習能力： 1. 能在圖片和文本語境的幫助下， 在看、聽、說的活動中，獲取和梳理對話信息，理解對話中所使用的核心語言， 2. 能在教師引導下，初步運用句子Let's go straight and turn left at the bookstore...在語境下進行正確的指路 3.能完成answer the questions, retell the story,listen and check 部分等
教學重點 能夠熟讀read部分對話和情景表演并能通過游戲和小組活動鞏固句型。通過視頻感知本課時的主題內容，了解從古至今人們辨別方位的方法，以問題為引領，理解語篇對話內容，能在語篇中捕抓不同類型的信息，掌握compass, BDS, star, feature，far, tell give/gave, follow, works一詞的發音和意思，完成相應的閱讀理解題
教學難點 學生能夠正確流利的朗讀個別句子，體會句子中的升降調規律，完成寫作部分的練習活動；
