馬克一直都在和網友交往。但他也從未感到如此孤單。

社交網絡在很多方面支配著我的生活。有時我為自己設定最后期限：我將在晚上8點開始做作業，目標是在兩個小時內完成。晚上7點50分，我還在瀏覽朋友們發的可笑的帖子和照片。不知不覺，已經是晚上9點30分了，我還在沙發上一動也不動。我下載了一首又一首的歌曲，一段又一段的視頻，但我并沒有真正關注它們。刺激在于追尋下一首歌，而不是真正欣賞它。我的朋友們盡力讓我離開手機，但一旦我再次獨自一人時，我就迫不及待地想回到網絡世界，回到手機所提供的緊張活動中去。

因此，這就是社交網絡的問題所在。我們是天生如此，但我們比以往任何時候都更缺乏聯系。
