單元重點：1、學習有關建筑物的單詞和詞組：science museum, post office, bookstore, cinema, hospital，學習表達方位的短語turn left, turn right, go straight等；
2、學會用這些詞匯描述身邊的建筑物的位置，會指引方向，能就問路做出相應的回答；
3、能借助圖片、音頻、視頻等資源完成相應練習；
4、學會討論生活中哪種工具能幫助人們找到自己想去的地方，能借助圖片等信息完成文章的閱讀；
5、知道英語句子有升降調，并在教師幫助下找到一般規律，正確朗讀句子。
本課時重點：1、能夠聽、說、讀、寫描述方位的單詞和詞組：crossing, turn left, go straight, turn right；
2、 能夠正確使用上述單詞和詞組為他人指路；
3、 學生通過角色扮演，運用本單元的詞匯句型指路并簡單介紹景點。
教學過程
Warming-up
Let’s chant: 通過chant復習Where is ... It’s ....的相關知識。
看一看，說一說，再演一演。
Presentation
提出問題：Where is the Italian restaurant
學生帶著問題視聽對話，并找出答案。
回答問題，并練一練。
Practice
通過圖片呈現情境，讓學生進行對話訓練。
Let’s act:讓學生扮演旅客和交警的角色，演一演，說一說。
Let’s try
帶領學生學習北京的著名景點名稱，再讓學生扮演小導游的角色，介紹這些經典的方位。
