Language points
1. Ms Lin, this is my classmate Simon. 林老師，這是我的同學西蒙。
(1) 句型“this is…”不僅可以用于介紹別人或展示事物，還可用來介紹自己。打電話自我介紹時可以說“Hello,this is…”(你好，我是……)
(2) 在介紹兩個人互相認識時，通常遵循的順序是先將男士介紹給女士，將晚輩介紹給長輩，將職位低者介紹給職位高者。
2. Sport helps me stay healthy and happy. 運動幫助我保持健康和愉悅。
(1) help sb. (to) do sth. 幫助某人做某事
e.g. Many people enjoy helping others solve problems.
許多人喜歡幫助他人解決問題。
拓展：a. help sb. with sth. 在某方面幫助某人
有時可與help sb. (to) do sth. 進行同義轉換。
e.g. Mary often helps me with my homework.
瑪麗經(jīng)常幫助我做家庭作業(yè)。
b. help (to) do sth. 幫助做某事
e.g. Can you help clean the room 你能幫忙打掃房間嗎？
stay healthy “保持健康”，相當于keep healthy。
(2) 句中的 stay 用作連系動詞，后面加上 healthy、happy 一類的形容詞，表示保持某種狀態(tài)。
e.g. Please stay polite all the time.
請始終保持禮貌。
e.g. It is very important for us to keep/stay healthy.
保持健康對我們來說非常重要。
3. Oh, we have a football match with Class 2 at 4:30 this afternoon.
哦，今天下午4:30我們和二班有一場足球比賽。
match 在此做可數(shù)名詞，表示“比賽”，它還有“火柴”的意思。其復數(shù)形式為“matches”。作為動詞有“連線,匹配”的意思。
e.g. a box of matches一盒火柴

4. Good luck! 祝你好運！
luck 在此做不可數(shù)名詞，表示“好運，幸運”，常用“Good luck.”來祝對方好運。形容詞形式為“l(fā)ucky”，表示“幸運的”。
