1. some, any, no, every與-one, -thing ，-body可以組成復合不定代詞，他們分別是：

肯定句中
否定句及疑問句中
不過，在表示請求、建議或征求意見的疑問句中常用some系列的詞。
eg: Would you like ___________to drink
你想要一些喝的東西嗎？

在表達“任何”這一含義的肯定句中也要用any系列的詞。
eg: I think__________ can do it.
我認為任何人都會做。

(2) 修飾復合不定代詞something, anyone等的adj,
to do不定式等要放在不定代詞的后面。如：

Continue the story in 3c using your imagination. Be sure to use indefinite pronouns.
Everyone in the hotel lobby was talking about the rainbow, but no one knew who had first spotted it.
I wondered if anyone else felt as moved as I did by the sight. The storm had brought something magical to the town.
Later, I asked the receptionist if someone could recommend a good café. "Anywhere with a view would be nice," I added.
She smiled and said, "Nobody makes better coffee than the place across the street, but somewhere quieter would be the old bookstore down the road."
