What is the purpose of a letter of advice
What kind of aspects should be included in such kind of letter
建議信的目的是針對有關問題進行分析，并針對這些問題提出自己的看法和合理的建議。
建議信的基本框架：
1.開頭( beginning)—開門見山,向對方陳述自己的觀點(state your idea)。
2.主體( body)—對所提出的問題進行分析并說明理由,接著提出自己的建議(reasons and evidence)。
3.結尾(ending)—呼應開頭，重申觀點(restate your opinion)。

Her/His best friend spends too much time playing computer games online.
Yes. Susan advises Worried Friend to encourage Chen Lei to try new hobbies and discuss the problem together; I think Chen Lei will follow the 3.advice, because they are best friends.
I advise Chen Lei to take some outdoor activities such as playing balls or reading interesting books or even listening to good music. We can go walking together. If he is bored, he can turn to me for help, thus we can have fun together.
建議信的目的
Q: Why do we need to write a letter of advice
A: Because one of your（李華的） friends has trouble/facing a problem and he/she needs your help/advice.

1.篇章結構
建議信是寫信人向收信人針對某事提出的建議或忠告。信的內容要包含寫信的原因、具體建議以及提出建議的理由等。文章結構一般是“三段式”，通常以first(ly)，second(ly), third(ly)或 to begin/start with, then, besides, last but not least等依次陳述建議，具體為：
第一段：表明寫作意圖。陳述事由，需要的話可以簡單介紹自己，注意禮貌用語的使用和語氣。
第二段：最好先肯定對方的優點，然后指出需要改進的地方或針對具體情況給出具體的建議或忠告。注意使用禮貌用語，建議信是在提建議，而不是投訴。
第三段：對提出的建議進行總結。注意結尾更要有禮貌，使對方容易接受。

Dear Xu Ting,
You wrote that you always feel lonely after school because your parents work in another city. I understand how you feel. It is common for teenagers to feel lonely when they live away from their parents.
I think you can try joining a volunteer group that helps other people. This will give you a chance to meet and be around others.
It will also help you realise that you are not alone in having problems and that many other people have problems, too. Helping other people also makes us feel better. You can also connect with your parents online. Just because your parents are far away, it doesn’t mean you can’t talk to them. I’m sure that you’ll make new friends and get a chance to speak to your parents more often. This will help drive away your loneliness.
