A: Hey, do you know how to make steamed fish I want to learn.
B: Sure! First, let's talk about the ingredients. We need one fish, some scallions,
ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and oil.
A: Got it. So, what's the first step
B: First, clean the fish thoroughly and make several slits on both sides. Then, rub
a little salt and cooking wine all over the fish and let it marinate for about 15
minutes.
A: Okay. What comes next
B: Next, cut the scallions, ginger, and garlic into shreds. Place some ginger and
scallion shreds on the bottom of a steaming plate, then put the marinated fish on
top, and scatter the remaining ginger, scallion, and garlic shreds on the fish.
A: Then what
B: Then, put the fish in a steamer and steam it over high heat for about 8 - 10 minutes,
depending on the size of the fish.
A: And the last step
B: Finally, take the fish out of the steamer. Pour out the excess juice in the plate. Heat
some oil until it's smoking hot, then pour the hot oil over the fish. Drizzle some
light soy sauce on the fish. It'll look and taste great!

Beef with Black Pepper
A: I really like beef with black pepper. Can you teach me how to make it
B: No problem. First, we need to prepare the ingredients. We'll need 200 grams of
beef, half a green pepper, some black pepper powder, cooking wine, starch, salt,
sugar, light soy sauce, and oil.
A: Alright. How do we start
B: First, cut the beef into thin slices. Put the beef slices in a bowl, add a little cooking
wine, starch, a pinch of salt and sugar, and mix well. Let it marinate for about 15
minutes.
A: What's the next step

B: Next, cut the green pepper into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot,
add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until they change color. Then take the beef
out of the pan.
A: Then what should we do
B: Then, if needed, add a little more oil to the pan. Put the green pepper pieces into the
pan and stir - fry until they're slightly soft. Add some black pepper powder and stir - fry
to release the aroma.
A: And the final step
B: Finally, put the beef back into the pan and stir - fry with the green pepper together. Add a little light soy sauce to taste, and stir - fry evenly until well - cooked. It's super delicious!
