neither... nor... 表示否定含義，常用來連接兩個并列成分。
當其連接兩個并列成分作主語時，謂語動詞的數(shù)應遵循就近原則，即與最靠近謂語動詞的主語在人稱和數(shù)上保持一致，且用肯定形式。
