If引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句：
結(jié)構(gòu) 用途 含義 例句
if從句 + 祈使句 表達(dá) 建議 如果……就…… If you don’t feel well, please /you should go to see the doctor.
if從句 + 主句 表達(dá)某種假設(shè) 如果……將…… If he doesn’t work hard, he will /may fail his exams.
1.從句表示建議，主句用祈使句或情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+動(dòng)詞原形。
從句表示某種假設(shè)，主句表示此種情況所導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果。
2.時(shí)態(tài)：從句一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，主句一般將來時(shí)或祈使句
（即主將從現(xiàn)）
if 引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句和if 引導(dǎo)的賓語從句的區(qū)分:
1. if 在句中的含義不同
I want to know if he is a teacher (or not).
If 在賓語從句中翻譯為“是否”
If 在條件狀語從句中翻譯為“如果”
I’ll go to see you if I am free next week.

2. if 在從句中的位置不同
I don’t know if the train has arrived.
I will go out tomorrow if it doesn’t rain.
= If it doesn’t rain, I will go out tomorrow.
If 引導(dǎo)的賓語從句放在主句之后；而if引導(dǎo)的狀語從句可放在主句之前也可放在主句之后
