1 Curiosity is like a magic key. It can open the door to new discoveries. It makes us ask questions and explore the unknown.
2 Newton’s curiosity about a falling apple led him to discover the law of universal gravitation. Xu Xiake, driven by his curiosity about China’s landscapes, traveled widely and recorded his findings in The Travels of Xu Xiake, enriching our knowledge of geography.
3 These stories show that curiosity helps us think differently and find new knowledge. It’s the driving force behind human progress in science, culture, and technology. We should keep our curiosity alive to learn more and make the world better.

Make a display board about an invention.
Step 1
Work in groups. Search for information about great inventions. They can be inventions from history or modern times. Talk about their inventors and importance. Take a group vote to decide on one invention.
