Read the following passage ang have a summary.
My favorite Chinese festival is the Dragon Boat Festival. It falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month every year. It’s a day to remember Qu Yuan, a great poet.
On this day people usually eat zongzi and hold dragon boat races. They also drink realgar wine, hang Chinese mugwort(艾草) around the doors and carry a spice bag around with them.
What makes the festival special for me is the dragon boat race. The members of the dragon boat team have such great team spirit — everybody tries their best to win the race. It is very exciting and interesting. So my favorite Chinese festival is the Dragon Boat Festival.

I’m very glad to tell you something about the Spring Festival. It is one of the traditional festivals in China. And it is celebrated on the first day of the first lunar month.
Several days before the festival, people usually clean and decorate their houses because it is a time for washing away bad things. On the eve of the Spring Festival, people usually get together to have a big meal. Dumplings are the most popular food. After dinner, it is great fun for people to watch the Spring Festival Gala on TV. During the festival, people always visit their relatives and friends. And kids can wear their new clothes and get some red packets with “lucky” money in them.
The Spring Festival is seen as symbols of joy and a happy new year. I like the festival best because it makes me feel the importance of sharing and giving love and joy to people around us. I always enjoy spending time with my family.
