The ant was busy collecting corn.
The grasshopper was relaxing in the sun, played his violin and danced, and ran around the farm singing songs.
I think ant is hard-working and clever, but grasshopper is lazy and stupid.
And then the cold winter came. Grasshopper finally understood Ant’s wisdom.
He began to work hard, while Ant shared her food and helped grasshopper overcome
the cold winter. This story teaches that kindness completes responsibility.

1. The ant was busy collecting corn. 螞蟻正在忙于收集谷物。
(1) be busy doing sth.是固定句型，意為 “忙于做某事” 。
2. Why don't you join me 你為什么不加入我呢？
(1) Why don’t you do sth 是一個用來提建議句型。

3. But the winter is so far away. 但是冬天還距離很遠。
(1) be far away (from).是固定短語，意為 “距離...遠” 。反義詞：be close to
4. The grasshopper was silent for a while. 蚱蜢沉默了一會。
(1) silent/ adj. 沉默的，安靜的 silence/ n.沉默，無聲
(2) for a while 是固定短語，意為“過了一會兒”。
5. Ant, it’s too windy to work. 螞蟻，風太大了而不能工作。

(1) learn to do sth.是固定句型，意為 “學習做某事” 。
(2) look after 是固定短語，意為“照顧”，相當于 take care of
