I'm sorry to hear that English is difficult for you, Here are some good ways to improve your English.
First,I think you should connect English with something you are interested in."Interest is the best teacher." I know you like music, so you can learn English by listening to English songs. It can help you pronounce words well. Second, you could take more notes and try to make sentences with the new grammar knowledge. Then practice more until you master some rules. You'll find it easy to master grammar. Third, you can improve your writing by writing to a pen pal in English.

My Chinese Learning
With the development of China, Chinese is becoming more and more popular. As native speakers, it’s our duty to learn Chinese well. It helps us to understand Chinese culture better.
Chinese was one of the subjects when I was in a primary school.
At first, I used to be weak in it, and I felt stressed out. One day,My Chinese teacher advised me to read more books. From then on, reading played an important role in my life. I learned Chinese by going to the library which was near my home. I made much more progress in Chinese. I think reading books is a useful way of learning Chinese well. Also, it’s necessary to practice writing as often as we can. I really enjoy Chinese now.
