教材分析
本單元以“情感”(feelings)為話題,讓學生們感受make的用法。整個初中階段關于make的表達方式使用的頻率比較高,然而近幾年中考沒有直接考查make的用法,多數是幫助學生理解句子或者在寫作時表達自己的感受。
近幾年重點考查的單詞是besides/except 和disappointed。make的考查多幫助是理解句子。

單元重難點
1.幫助學生建立使役動詞(make, let, have)之后要加省略to的動詞不定式的意識。
2.在make+sb. +adj. 這個結構中,學生要理解的adj. 可以有兩種形式---形容詞或動詞過去分詞充當形容詞。
3. 讓學生形成梳理、尋找并積累成語或習語的意識習慣;
4.要求學生能夠根據閱讀課文的邏輯框架描寫自己的個人經歷
Section A 課時教學內容介紹
1a-1c包含了本單元用于表達感情的重點單詞,呈現了本單元的基本語言結構及其語境。主題圖分別展示了兩家不同環境的餐館,通過餐館不同的環境帶給圖中人物的不同感受來呈現sth. makes sb. adj.的句子結構。
2a-2c是一組完整的聽說活動,旨在訓練,發展學生聽說能力,同時繼續探討事物對人的情緒產生的影響這一話題。在語言上,增加了drive sb. +adj. ;be so +adj. +that...和 have fun with sb. 等結構, 豐富了拓展討論話題的語言素材。2d示范對話講述的是青少年生活中的交友話題,涵蓋了Section A所有的重要語言點,不僅鍛煉學生口頭綜合運用能力, 還為學生實際生活中遇到的交友問題給以了一些啟示和幫助。

語法內容介紹
“語法聚焦”表格中呈現的是使役動詞make 的三個主要語言結構:
1. 后面接省略to的動詞不定式。
2. 后面接形容詞。
3. 后面接由動詞過去分詞轉變成的形容詞。

活動2a-2e是一個完整的閱讀任務鏈, 語篇講述的是一個小男孩Peter輸球后非常沮喪,但是爸爸的鼓勵和團隊的理解幫助他走出陰影,重樹信心的故事。
2a 讀前要求學生回憶自己曾經犯錯的經歷和感受,以此激勵學生對語篇主人公受挫后相同的情感共鳴和閱讀興趣。
2b要求學生對故事的主要發展經過排序,檢測學生對敘事性文章情節發展先后順序的理解。
2c側重考查語篇中人物情感經歷,以此檢查學生對文章細節的把握和對主題的理解。
2d要求學生從文章中找出相應的常用表達替換句子中的詞匯,以此加強學生的語言搭配和語塊意識。
2e的角色扮演活動,它要求學生能夠內化文章內容,進行綜合性的語言輸出。
Section B 教學內容介紹
3a-3b要求學生以情感變化為寫作題材,展開寫作活動。
3a為學生提供了話題以及語言結構。
3b在學生能對某一話題表達自己的情感和觀點之后,以問題的方式抽取出了閱讀文章中故事發展的線索, 如:what, when, where, how等, 要求學生以此為線索模仿課文寫出自己的故事。
