Step 1
Look at the thinking map in Starting out and think: has your idea about yourself changed

Looks: I used to dislike my freckles, thinking they made me look odd. Now, I see them as unique, like little stars on my face.
Likes and dislikes: I once hated running, finding it tiring. But after joining the school sports club, I started enjoying the endorphin rush. And I’ve grown to love classical music, which I used to find boring.

Personality: I was super shy, avoiding group talks. Through class projects, I’ve become more outgoing, realizing sharing ideas is great.
