2.私人電子郵件不用那么正式,可以用“Hello/Hi”問候對方。
3.在書寫正文時,把最重要的事情寫在正文最前面或者郵件內容較長時寫在第一段。郵件段落最好控制在兩三段之內。如果一封電子郵件涉及多個信息點,可以采用分條目的方法,如符號、小標題、編號來使得郵件想要表達的內容層次清晰。
4.結尾用語在正文之后添加。注意一般結尾用語中只有第一個單詞首字母大寫而剩余單詞都小寫,此處與稱呼不同。常用結尾用語:Regards,Best wishes,Best regards,With best wishes,With best regards等。
5.最后需要署名,可以寫全名,也可以只寫名字。
