What’s the meaning of the simple past tense
一般過去時表示過去某個時間發(fā)生的動作或存在的狀態(tài),也可表示過去經(jīng)常或反復(fù)發(fā)生的動作,常和表示過去的時間狀語連用。
時間標志詞

含有yesterday的詞組:yesterday(昨天),

It was sunny today. All of our classmates went on a school trip. We visited the Green Farm and it was great fun.
