課標要求 （2022版）《義務教育英語課程標椎》指出在語境中理解詞匯的含義，在運用中逐步積累詞匯；在特定語境中，運用詞匯描述事物、行為、過程和特征，表達與主題相關的主要信息和觀點。能用簡短的句子描述所學的與中外文化有關的具體事物：初步具有觀察、識別、比較中外文化異同的能力;能識別、提煉、概括語篇的關鍵信息、主要內容、主題意義和觀點。
教材分析 What: 本語篇是配圖故事。這是一篇Zip教Zoom游泳的故事，Zoom想學習游泳，但是他不敢下水，所以只能在家看電視學習游泳，最后Zip帶Zoom去游泳池游泳，Zoom在實踐中學會了游泳，引導學生在落實計劃要付諸實踐，感悟“做中學”的道理。Why:通過本課學習，作者旨在讓學生感悟“做中學”的道理，同時也提醒同學們在執行計劃時要聽取建議，及時調整計劃。How:故事中的主要句型為 What are you going to do... I'm going to.…主要生詞為 disturb、without、pool、afraid、 remember等。
學情分析 能力基礎：經過三年的英語學習，學生具了一定的聽、說、讀、寫能力，能讀懂語言簡單、主題相關的簡短語篇，獲取具體信息，理解主要內容，能運用所學語言與他人進行簡單的交流。 知識基礎：學生在三年級下冊第四單元中學過句型：Where is...？It's in/on/under...來詢問物品的位置，在四年級上冊unit4 My home中，學過地點詞匯：living room, library，study，garden等，學生已有的知識儲備為本節課的學習打下了基礎
核心素養目標 1.能夠借助圖片和故事內容，以及在教師的引導下理解詞匯：disturb、without、pool、afraid、 remember，運用核心句型談論計劃。(學習理解)2.能夠在老師幫助下表演故事,并能進行復述。（應用實踐）3.能夠恰當運用故事中的核心語言來寫一寫自己學會一項技能的過程。（遷移創新）
教學重點 1.在圖片和教師的引導下，預測語篇內容，理解文本信息，完成圈出答案及找關鍵詞回答相關的問題，并在語境中理解詞匯：feature，work,BDS的意思；2.能運用核心句型：Turn left/Turn right at …描述路線。
教學難點 1.能夠在老師幫助下表演故事,并能進行復述。2.能夠恰當運用故事中的核心語言來寫一寫自己學會一項技能的過程。

教學反思 亮點：1. 整個教學設計側重于培養學生自主學習的能力，為學生創設了使用英語的環境，力爭最大限度地為學生創造展示才能、發揮才智的空間。2. 在聽力活動和學習對話之前，讓學生對所學內容進行了預測。聽錄音時給出問題，讓學生帶著問題去聽聽力，閱讀對話，使學生的學習目的明確，因而更加能夠集中注意力，主動去探究、學習。3. 保持學生的課堂主體地位，鼓勵、引導學生主動觀察，主動思考，主動合作，主動回答，促進學生全面能力的提高。4. 實施單元的整體教學，把握了單元教學目標的整體性。
