幼兒保育專業的學生具備良好的溝通和合作能力，對志愿者應有的優秀品質也有清晰認知。然而，面對真實場景，他們在應對問題和靈活應變方面稍顯不足。
幼兒保育專業一年級學生具有一定責任感和同情心,且在校期間有社團及社會志愿服務經歷。這為他們參與志愿活動奠定了基礎。
