Once you are friends, there are some easy ways to make sure your friendship lasts.once conj. 一……就;一旦(1) once 引導條件狀語從句,說明在某種條件成立的情況下,會出現相應結果。e.g. Once you make a promise, you should keep it.一旦你許下諾言,你就應該遵守它 。Once she saw the dog, she ran away.她一看到狗,就跑開了。(2) once 引導時間狀語從句,強調從句動作一發生,主句動作隨即發生 。在“主將從現”原則下,主句用一般將來時,once 引導的從句用一般現在時表將來。但如果描述過去的一連串動作,主從句都用一般過去時。once 可以與as soon as 互換。once 引導的從句可置于主句前或主句后,意思不變。e.g. Once I get home, I will start cooking.我一到家就開始做飯。I will call you once I arrive. = Once I arrive, I will call you.我一到達,就給你打電話。10.
