Language points
①There is+可數名詞單數/不可數名詞+地點狀語.
②There are+復數名詞+地點狀語.
當主語是兩個或兩個以上的名詞時，謂語動詞要與跟它最近的那個名詞一致(就近原則)。
例子：

1. there be 肯定句
注意：there be句型與have，with的區別：
①there be 句型和have都表示“有”的含義。
區別如下：
there be表示“某處存在某物或某人”；
have 表示“某人擁有某物/某人”，它表示所有、擁有關系。
with是介詞，意為“具有，長有，附帶有”，常常修飾前面的名詞作后置定語。
He has two sons.
There are two men in the office.
The girl with two big eyes is my sister.

②當have表示“包括、存在”的含義時，
there be 句型可與其互換。
A week has seven days.
=There are seven days in a week.
