句型
1.What if no one talks to me |
what if...是個(gè)省略用法的句型,在口語中十分常見。完整的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該是What will/would happen if...或What will I/you/we/she/he/it/they do
What if...,可以翻譯為“如果……怎么辦?/要是……會怎么樣呢?”。if后面的句子可用陳述語氣(通常用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí))。
What if it rains tomorrow 要是明天下雨怎么辦?
What if somebody decides to break the rules 如果有人決定打破這些規(guī)則怎么辦?
特別注意
該句型還可以用于提出建議或邀請,可以翻譯為“如果……怎么樣?”。
