Define
with 復合結構是由介詞with+賓語+賓語補足語構成，賓語由名詞或代詞充當，賓語補足語由形容詞、副詞、介詞短語、非謂語（-ed、-ing和to do）充當。
注意：with結構不是句子，在句中充當定語和狀語，故結構中不會有謂語動詞形式。
with后的賓語和賓語補足語有邏輯上的主謂關系
Syntactic function
1.with復合結構,在句中表示狀態或說明背景情況該結構常為伴隨、方式、原因、條件等狀語。
1 ) With winter coming ,the trees turn yellow.
=when winter comes, the trees turn yellow.
2)With the key lost, she could not enter theroom.
=Because the key had been lost, she couldnot enter the room.

=the woman who has a baby in herarms is Tom's mother.
