在寫口頭通知時，應(yīng)注意以下幾個問題：
1. 在正文之前，要有稱呼語，以引起別人的注意。如： Now everybody! Excuse me if I interrupt you. But I have an announcement to make.
/ Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please I have something important to tell you. /Please excuse my interrupting you, but I have something important to tell you.等。
2. 同樣地，結(jié)尾要給聽眾結(jié)束通知的信號： Thank you so much for it . /Thank you for your attention等。
書面通知：
1. 標(biāo)題：在正文上面正中的地方 寫上 NOTICE .
2. 正文(注意:不要稱呼和自我介紹)
① 首段：表述活動目的及活動基本信息
② 主體：時間、地點、(活動流程)，活動要求/準(zhǔn)備工作和報名方式等
③ 尾段：號召參與、表示期待
3 ）單位：發(fā)通知的單位一般寫在 正文的右下角。
通知類：英語通知，分為口頭通知和書面通知兩類。

Notice
With the intention of enriching campus life and stimulating students’ enthusiasm for Chinese literature, an extraordinary Classical Chinese Poetry Reciting Contest is scheduled to be held in our school.
As arranged, the contest will take place in the lecture hall at 8 a.m. next Friday, lasting about 3 hours. To participate in it, you are supposed to select your poem and practise reciting it ahead of time. In addition, whoever is interested can either go to sign up in the Student Union Office or directly register on our website.
