Worried Friend is worried that his or her friend, Chen Lei, plays computer games too often and spends too much time online.
1) Talk to her/his friend about his behaviour.
2) Encourage his/her friend to try new hobbies.

She also talks about the negative effects of computer addiction.

建議信是生活中常用的一種應(yīng)用文文體。
建議信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或看法。
內(nèi)容包括寫信的原因、建議的內(nèi)容、提出這種建議的理由等。
建議信要簡明扼要、目的明確、具有合理性和說服力。
建議信的格式和普通信件一樣，通常包括日期、稱呼、正文、結(jié)束語和簽名五個部分。
開頭 (beginning)
開門見山，引出話題，說明寫信目的。（安慰對方并提出自己的看法。）
主體 (body)
對所提出的問題進行陳述，提出合理的建議并說明理由。（根據(jù)寫作要點提示，提出建議并說明理由。）
結(jié)尾 (ending)
呼應(yīng)開頭，重申觀點，表達祝愿。
建議信寫作注意事項
建議信的寫作目的是提出建議或忠告，不是投訴信。觀點要合情合理，注意禮貌當(dāng)先。
