[拓展] as 還可作連詞，常見用法：
① as 意為“照······方式”，表示方式。
She′ll do as you say. 她會按照你說的做。
② as 意為“因為；由于”，表示原因。
You must hurry up as there is little time left.

③ as 意為“當······的時候”，表示時間。
As you go along the street，the bookshop is on your left.

通常用來形容事物。
The movie is so boring. 這部電影很無聊。

decide [動詞] 決定；選定
decide 作及物動詞時，有三種常見的用法：
①decide(not)to do sth. 決定(不)做某事
②decide＋疑問詞＋動詞不定式
③decide＋賓語從句

①decide 也可作不及物動詞，decide on 意為“決定；選定”。
Finally，she decided on the purple dress.
最后，她選定了那條紫色的連衣裙。
② decide 的名詞形式為 decision，意為“決定”。
make a decision to do sth. 意為“決定做某事”相當于 decide to do sth. 。
She made a decision to study hard. ＝ She decided to study hard.
她決定努力學習。

sky /ska / [名詞] 天；天空
當 sky 泛指“天空”時，常用單數形式。
The stars were points of light in the sky.
