Clear structure
在寫建議信時，應具體點明寫信的目的、建議的內容、
提出建議的理由和根據，理由要合情合理，語氣一定要禮貌。
建議信的正文通常采取“三段式結構”：
首段(Topic sentence—your point of view)：一般指明建議的
前提和事情的原委，對自己的立場作一些解釋。
中段(Body—your advice)：圍繞問題，結構清晰、科學委婉
地提出有針對性的建議。注意充分考慮對方的實際情況，選擇
得體用語。切忌用語生硬強制，泛泛而談。
尾段(Conclusion—your wishes)：簡單予以希望。希望自己的
建議能對對方有所幫助，同時闡明你所提供的建議僅供對方參考。
