As we know, the column Wellness is intended to draw students’ attention into “Sports and Health”, for which I am absolutely willing to share my perspectives.
It is a common sense that regular exercises benefit us in various ways. Not only can it strengthen our figure, but also it can promote our mental strength. While at junior high school, I used to spend little time doing outdoor activities, so I was weak and suffered a lot from illness. During military training, I felt so tired that I fell down on the playground. It was then that I made up my mind to take up jogging in the morning. From then on, in no way did I never give up. Having jogged every morning for several months, I always feel energetic while learning now.
The experience helps me realize doing exercise has a great difference to our health. Just as the proverb goes: Better wear out shoes than sheets.
