on time：側重“按時、準時” ，指按事先規定的時間點做某事，不早不晚，強調與預定時間精準契合 。
e.g.The train arrives on time.
火車準時到站。
in time：一是側重“及時” ，指趕在恰當時候做某事，沒遲到、沒耽誤事，在截止時間前完成即可，不嚴格卡某個精確時刻；二是放在句首且用逗號隔開時，有“最終、終于”之意 。
e.g. We arrived in time for the meeting.
我們及時趕到參加會議 ，可能提前幾分鐘等 。

seem 的用法
“seem” 是常用動詞，核心含義為 “似乎；好像；看來” ，常用來表達基于觀察、感受的主觀判斷，以下是具體用法 + 例句：
結構：“主語 + seem +（to be）+ 表語”
表語可以是形容詞、名詞/名詞短語，描述主語的特征、狀態；“to be” 可省略，語義基本不變（加 “to be” 會讓判斷更委婉、不確定 ）。
e.g. She seems (to be) happy today.
她今天似乎很開心 。
e.g. He seems (to be) a reliable person.
他看上去是個可靠的人 。
