許振超
1950年，許振超出生在一個(gè)貧窮的工人家庭。18歲時(shí)他成為
一名工人。1984年，他被聘為青島港第一批橋梁式起重機(jī)司機(jī)。
公司曾派他去上海學(xué)習(xí)駕駛技術(shù)，但很多說(shuō)明和圖紙都是用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)的，他看不懂，于是買(mǎi)了一本英漢詞典。他把英語(yǔ)單詞抄在筆記本上，隨身攜帶，在空閑時(shí)間經(jīng)常反復(fù)讀這些單詞。三個(gè)月后，他學(xué)會(huì)了如何操作橋式起重機(jī)，也看懂了圖紙，然后回到了青島港。
作為一名橋式起重機(jī)司機(jī)，許振超非常努力地練習(xí)駕駛技術(shù)，經(jīng)常工作到深夜。他因其卓越的工匠精神獲得了許多獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)和榮譽(yù)。
