1. 形容詞比較等級的規(guī)則變化
變化規(guī)則 例詞
單音節(jié)詞，一般在后面加-er和-est tall→taller→tallest；quick→quicker→quickest
以“輔音字母＋e”結(jié)尾的單音節(jié)詞，在后面加-r和-st wide→wider→widest；fine→finer→finest
以“輔音字母＋y”結(jié)尾的雙音節(jié)詞，變y為i，再加-er和-est easy→easier→easiest；heavy→heavier→heaviest
以輔音字母結(jié)尾的重讀閉音節(jié)詞，雙寫這個輔音字母，再加-er和-est thin→thinner→thinnest；hot→hotter→hottest
多音節(jié)詞在前面加more和most attractive→more attractive→most attractive
2. 形容詞比較等級的不規(guī)則變化
good→better→best；bad/ill→worse→worst；many/much→more→most；old→older/elder→oldest/eldest；little→less→least
