中考英語復習—形容詞&副詞
一、形容詞（Adjectives）
1. 定義與作用
修飾名詞或代詞，描述性質、狀態、特征或程度。
例：a beautiful flower（美麗的花）, happy children（快樂的孩子）
2. 位置
前置：直接修飾名詞（a red car）
后置：修飾復合不定代詞（something interesting）或表語位置（She is tired）
表語形容詞：只能作表語（alone, asleep, afraid, alive）
例：The baby is asleep.（不能說 an asleep baby）
3. 形容詞的級
原級（Positive Degree） ：形容詞原形（big, careful）
比較級（Comparative Degree） ：兩者比較（bigger, more careful）
最高級（Superlative Degree） ：三者及以上比較（biggest, most careful）
二、副詞（Adverbs）
1. 定義與作用
修飾動詞、形容詞、其他副詞或整個句子，表時間、地點、方式、程度等。
例：run quickly（快速地跑）, very good（非常好）
2. 分類
時間副詞：now, yesterday, soon
地點副詞：here, there, outside
方式副詞：slowly, carefully, well（不規則）
程度副詞：very, quite, almost
頻率副詞：always, often, seldom
3. 副詞構成
規則變化：形容詞 + -ly（quick → quickly, happy → happily）
不規則變化：good → well, fast → fast, hard → hard
4. 位置
方式副詞：通常放在動詞后（She sings beautifully）
程度副詞：修飾形容詞或副詞（It’s extremely hot）
頻率副詞：放在實義動詞前或系動詞后（He often swims / She is always late）
三、原級比較（Positive Degree Comparison）
as + 原級 + as （肯定）
例：This book is as interesting as that one.
not as/so + 原級 + as （否定）
例：He is not as tall as his brother.
修飾語：almost, just, exactly, twice, three times
例：The room is twice as large as mine.
四、比較級（Comparative Degree）
1. 構成規則
單音節詞：詞尾 + -er（fast → faster）
雙音節詞以-y結尾：變-y為-i + -er（happy → happier）
其他雙音節及多音節詞：more + 原級（careful → more careful）
不規則變化：good/well → better, bad/badly → worse, far → farther/further
2. 用法
兩者比較：A + 比較級 + than + B
例：Tom is taller than Jack.
修飾比較級：much, a lot, even, far, a little, slightly
例：This movie is much more exciting.
五、最高級（Superlative Degree）
1. 構成規則
單音節詞：詞尾 + -est（fast → fastest）
雙音節詞以-y結尾：變-y為-i + -est（happy → happiest）
其他雙音節及多音節詞：most + 原級（careful → most careful）
不規則變化：good/well → best, bad/badly → worst, far → farthest/furthest
2. 用法
三者及以上比較：the + 最高級 + 范圍（in/among...）
例：She is the smartest student in her class.
修飾最高級：by far, the second, nearly
例：This is by far the most expensive car.
六、倍數表達法（Multiple Expressions）
倍數 + as...as
例：This box is three times as heavy as that one.
倍數 + 比較級 + than
例：The river is twice longer than the lake.
倍數 + the + 名詞（size/length/weight）
例：The new building is four times the height of the old one.
倍數 + what從句
例：The production is double what it was last year.
七、易錯點與注意事項
比較對象一致：
錯：The weather here is hotter than Shanghai.
正：The weather here is hotter than that in Shanghai.
避免重復比較：
錯：He is more taller than me. → 正：He is taller than me.
不可雙重比較：
錯：This is the most best book. → 正：This is the best book.
形容詞與副詞區分：
形容詞修飾名詞（a quick answer），副詞修飾動詞（answer quickly）
