本課主題屬于“人與社會(huì)”主題范疇中“歷史、社會(huì)與文化”這一主題群，涉及“身份認(rèn)同和文化自信”的子主題內(nèi)容。
一、教材分析
What 問(wèn)題：
Section A(1a-2d)部分有一個(gè)圖片語(yǔ)篇，兩個(gè)聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)篇和一個(gè)對(duì)話(huà)語(yǔ)篇。其中第一個(gè)圖片語(yǔ)篇讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯和語(yǔ)言句型，為下面的聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)篇掃除詞匯障礙。1b 聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)篇是圍繞詢(xún)問(wèn)物品制造材料和生產(chǎn)地進(jìn)行的。2a-2c 的聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)篇?jiǎng)t是兩位學(xué)生參加藝術(shù)科技展覽會(huì)進(jìn)行的對(duì)話(huà)。2d 是一個(gè)介紹茶的制作過(guò)程的對(duì)話(huà)。
Why 問(wèn)題：
1b 聽(tīng)力活動(dòng)是為了讓學(xué)生感知如詢(xún)問(wèn)日用產(chǎn)品的制作材料和產(chǎn)地進(jìn)行談?wù)摚瑢?duì)話(huà)中呈現(xiàn)兩個(gè)一般疑問(wèn)句，由 What is...\ are... made of 和 Where was...\ were...made 疑問(wèn)句及答語(yǔ)，以便于學(xué)生在口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行模仿。2a、 2b 的聽(tīng)力活動(dòng)讓學(xué)生通過(guò)在談?wù)撘恍┊a(chǎn)品的制作原料時(shí)，切入到再生資源和環(huán)保話(huà)題，對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行潛移默化的人文教育。2d 通過(guò)一個(gè)關(guān)于茶葉的對(duì)話(huà)，呈現(xiàn)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)在不同語(yǔ)境下更多真實(shí)運(yùn)用的例句，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)這一新語(yǔ)法項(xiàng)目的感性認(rèn)識(shí)。
How 問(wèn)題：
1b 的聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)篇主要是運(yùn)用 What is...\ are... made of 和Where was...\ were...made 來(lái)詢(xún)問(wèn)日用品的原料和產(chǎn)地所屬，語(yǔ)言更嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。2b 則主要是通過(guò)兩人對(duì)話(huà)進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用詢(xún)問(wèn)物品材料的句型，從而加強(qiáng)環(huán)保意識(shí)。2d 讓學(xué)生掌握茶的制作過(guò)程，增加學(xué)生對(duì)于本國(guó)茶文化的相關(guān)知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的跨文化交際意識(shí)及文化自信。
二、 學(xué)情分析
在學(xué)習(xí)本單元之前，學(xué)生已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)一些表示物品詞匯，對(duì)于本課時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，在第七單元 self check 中涉及到了被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)，因此學(xué)生對(duì)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)也有一定的了解。此外，八年級(jí)學(xué)生能積極的參與學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)，英語(yǔ)水平發(fā)展還比較均衡，這些都將有利于教學(xué)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展和教學(xué)效果的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
當(dāng)然還有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)薄弱，對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)失去信心和興趣。英語(yǔ)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，還是有一定的難度。談?wù)撊粘Ｓ闷返脑牧虾蜕a(chǎn)地，讓他們體會(huì)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)和表意功能有一定困難。
在聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中，注重讓學(xué)生通過(guò)自主和合作學(xué)習(xí)的方式進(jìn)行句式結(jié)構(gòu)的語(yǔ)言輸人，并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的任務(wù)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐，通過(guò)聽(tīng)輸入和說(shuō)輸出，訓(xùn)練詞匯和句型，練習(xí)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)，在小組對(duì)話(huà)和同桌對(duì)話(huà)中夯實(shí)所學(xué)。在課堂設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)和
任務(wù)，激起學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生熱情參與，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生參與語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐。
三、課時(shí)目標(biāo)
1、學(xué)生能運(yùn)用 What is...\ are... made of 和 Where was...\ were...made 討論日用產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)地和原材料。
2.學(xué)生能夠在聽(tīng)力對(duì)話(huà)中梳理再生資源的原材料，并能通過(guò)對(duì)話(huà)的形式進(jìn)行輸出。
3、學(xué)生掌握制茶過(guò)程，能夠用所學(xué)句型向世界介紹中國(guó)茶和制茶過(guò)程。
4、學(xué)生能夠向外國(guó)人介紹中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)的制作材料和產(chǎn)地，堅(jiān)定文化自信。
