第一組　告知信、建議信和邀請(qǐng)信
一、告知信
告知信通常分為兩類(lèi),一種是告知某人某事即將發(fā)生,另一種是回復(fù)某人關(guān)于某事的詢(xún)問(wèn)。
[常用表達(dá)]
(一)引人注目的開(kāi)頭句(開(kāi)篇問(wèn)候,表明目的)
1.How are you doing I am writing to share with you some details/tell you some relevant information.
你最近好嗎 我寫(xiě)信想和你分享一些細(xì)節(jié)/告訴你一些相關(guān)信息。
2.Here is a piece of exciting news!/I have good news to tell you!
這兒有一條振奮人心的消息!/我有個(gè)好消息要告訴你!
3.Learning that you are enthusiastic about...,I’m writing to tell you that...
得知你對(duì)……很感興趣,我寫(xiě)信是想告訴你……。

(二)豐富精彩的篇中句(告知內(nèi)容)
1.Some details regarding/concerning...are as follows.
一些關(guān)于……的細(xì)節(jié)如下。

這場(chǎng)比賽將在……和……之間進(jìn)行,所以我們最好……。

(三)恰到好處的結(jié)尾句(結(jié)尾點(diǎn)題,表示期待)

二、建議信
建議信是生活中常見(jiàn)的一種文體,是寫(xiě)信人向收信人對(duì)某事提出的建議或忠告。建議信要寫(xiě)得簡(jiǎn)明扼要、目的明確,具有合理性和說(shuō)服力。
[常用表達(dá)]
(一)引人注目的開(kāi)頭句(表明寫(xiě)信目的)
1.I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble in doing...at the moment.Here are some tips for you.
得知此刻你遇到……麻煩我深感遺憾。這些是給你的建議。
2.You have asked me for my advice regarding/with regard to...and I think the following tips can help you.
你向我征求關(guān)于……的建議,我認(rèn)為以下建議可能會(huì)幫到你。

(二)豐富精彩的篇中句(提出建議)

三、邀請(qǐng)信
邀請(qǐng)信是邀請(qǐng)收信人參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的書(shū)信,在寫(xiě)作時(shí),語(yǔ)氣要熱情真摯,不要強(qiáng)人所難。

一、申請(qǐng)信
申請(qǐng)信有很多種,比如求職申請(qǐng)、加入某組織或活動(dòng)的申請(qǐng)等。由于此類(lèi)題目常有較多的文字提示,寫(xiě)作時(shí)應(yīng)注意審題全面,不能遺漏要點(diǎn)。

二、求助信
求助信是針對(duì)自己目前遇到的困難寫(xiě)信請(qǐng)求對(duì)方給予幫助的信件類(lèi)型,因此語(yǔ)氣要委婉、真誠(chéng),并要向收信人表示感謝。文章應(yīng)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),當(dāng)描述自己得到幫助后的進(jìn)步時(shí)應(yīng)用一般將來(lái)時(shí)。
