Part 2 ： Vocabulary學習本節課重點單詞。 Step II: Vocabulary. 1.panda / p nd / n.熊貓 【復數】pandas 【例句】The panda is a shy creature. 熊貓是一種膽小的動物。 Panda is one of the scarcest animals. 熊貓是最稀有的動物之一。 2.elephant / el f nt/ n.大象 【復數】elephants 【單數】an elephant 一頭大象 【例句】The elephant is the largest living land animal. 大象是現今陸地上最大的動物。 3.bear /be (r)/ n.熊 【復數】bears 【單數】a bear 一頭熊 【例句】I have a toy bear. 我有一個玩具熊。 4.giraffe /d rɑ f/ n.長頸鹿 【復數】giraffes 【單數】a giraffe 一只長頸鹿 【例句】The giraffe has a very long neck. 長頸鹿有一條很長的脖子。 5.monkey / m ki/ n.猴子 【復數】monkeys 【單數】a monkey 一只猴子 【例句】The monkey is swinging in the tree. 猴子在樹上蕩來蕩去。 6.them / em; m/ pron. 他們；她們；它們 【主格】they 他, 她, 它們 【物主代詞】their 他們的她們的它們的 【例句】She smiled weakly at them. 她勉強朝他們笑笑。 7.draw /dr / v. 畫，繪畫 【拓展】drawing 【短語】draw a picture 畫一幅圖畫 【例句】The children love to draw and colour. 兒童喜歡畫畫和涂顏色。 8.tiger / ta ɡ (r)/ n.老虎 【復數】tigers 【單數】a tiger 一只老虎 【例句】I give a monkey a tree and a tiger a mountain.我給猴一棵樹，給虎一座山。 9.strong /str / adj. 強壯的 【反義詞】weak 虛弱的 【例句】I'm not strong enough to carry him. 我不夠強壯，抱不動他。 10.short / t/ adj. 矮的，短的 【反義詞】long 長的 tall 高的 【拓展】short hair 短發 【例句】That dress of hers is too short. 她那件連衣裙太短了。 11.tall /t l/ adj. 高的 【反義詞】short 矮的 【拓展】tall and thin 又高又瘦 【例句】He is as tall as his father. 他和他的父親一樣高。 12.white/wa t/ adj. 白色的 【拓展】White 大寫時表示 姓氏，意為懷特 【例句】Her skin is as white as snow. 她的皮膚雪白。 13.brown /bra n/ adj. 棕色的 【拓展】Brown 大寫時表示 姓氏，意為布朗 【例句】Steve is tall and thin and has brown hair. 史蒂夫又高又瘦，長著棕色的頭發。 活動一： 游戲，猜猜這是什么。出示動物、及特征部分圖片，請學生猜猜這是什么。播放動物的叫聲，學生猜測動物名稱。 活動二：畫一畫，說一說。請學生畫出自己喜歡的動物，并用一句話來描述它。 活動三：游戲：I point you say. 我指你說。教師指向黑板上的單詞，請學生快速說出單詞。出示不同顏色的彩筆，請學生快速說出其顏色。 1.先聽真實的動物叫聲來猜測動物，這個活動相對簡單。然后再講授表示動物叫聲的單詞，讓學生學會如何會英語來表達動物的叫聲。再通過示范性活動和兩人小組活動，讓學生在對話中練習本課時的重點問句及答句。 2.以動手畫一畫，再動口說一說的活動學生在描述的過程中運用重點詞匯及句式，達到進一步熟悉鞏固的目的。 3.通過指認、讀單詞，使學生將單詞的音與形結合起記憶，為學生認讀單詞提供可能。通過快速說出彩筆的顏色，將單詞的音與義結合起來，檢驗學生能否正確地理解并說出顏色詞匯。
Part 3： Text.學習課文。 Step III:Text. 1.Listen and sing. Pandas, pandas, Where are they Elephants, elephants, Where are they And bears, giraffes and monkeys, Where are they I can't see them. 2.Look, find and say. 3.Read and answer. What animals does Tom draw Read again and write T(true) or F(false). Work in pairs. 1.通過這樣的活動，一是檢驗學生對于新授單詞的理解掌握情況，二可以使學生進一步熟練、操練重點句式。 2.通過跟讀，保證學生能夠正確朗讀對話內容。針對課文內容的討論交流保證學生正確理解新授詞匯的意思及課文內容。分角色表演課文，一方面使學生能夠正確流利地朗讀課文，另一方面也能進一步熟悉重點句式的表達。
Part 4： Sentence.鞏固重點句型。 Step Ⅳ:Sentences. 1.確認多個事物名稱的一般疑問句 課文原文: Are they tigers 它們是老虎嗎 【句型結構】問句: Are they+可數名詞復數 肯定回答: Yes, they are.否定回答: No, they aren't. 【例句】—Are they bears 它們是熊嗎 —No, they aren't. They're pandas.不，它們不是。它們是大熊貓。 2.描述事物的特征 課文原文: But tigers are strong.但是老虎很強壯。 【句型結構】主語+be動詞+描述事物特征的形容詞. 【例句】The man is tall and strong.這個男人又高又壯。 The elephant is big. 這頭大象很大。 3.詢問多個事物的名稱 課文原文: What are they 他們是什么？ 【句型結構】問句: What are they 回答: They’re ...（tigers/ elephants/ giraffes...） 【例句】What are they They're elephants. 它們是什么？他們是大象。 通過這樣的與實際生活緊密聯系的任務活動，讓學生在任務中，在虛擬的情境中正確表達、使用重點句式，做到在“用”中學。

教學反思： 本單元本單元的重點話題：詢問不認識的動物或事物并進行回答。除了顏色類的詞匯之外重點詞匯都是形容詞，可以采用描述某種事物，讓學生來猜，或者指定事物讓學生去描述的游戲或活動，讓學生在用中理解、表達新學的知識。此外，這些形容詞也很容易用動作來表示，因此可以多采用TPR活動，調動學生多重感官參與，以提高他們的學習效率，調動他們的學習積極性。
