My biggest problem is listening. I can only catch a few words not the main idea.
I find it hard to be polite in English.

Firstly, watching English movies and listening to English songs are great ways to learn English! You might try to watch and listen to them several times, and guess the meaning of the new words. Secondly, having a conversation with a foreign teacher is also a good way. Thirdly, it is important to do more exercises and keep a diary in English every day.

Dear Miss Wang，
