While your IQ tells you how intelligent you are, your EQ tells you how well you use your intelligence. Professor Salovey, who invented the term EQ, gives the following description: at work, it is IQ that gets you employed, but it is EQ that gets you promoted. Supported by his research, Professor Salovey suggested that when predicting someone's future success, their character, as measured by EQ tests, might actually matter more than their IQ.

a.強調句型可強調除謂語以外的主語、賓語、狀語、介詞短語等。
b.被強調部分是人時可用that/who,其他只能用that。
c.強調句型的be動詞:根據句子時態選擇
d.It is (was)…that (who)…為結構詞，假如去掉，剩下部分在語法結構和句子含義上均完整，這一點正是它和定語從句等的本質區別。
