  記敘文中的動作描寫既能夠推動故事情節的發展,也能夠塑造人物形象及性格。 但是,籠統的動作描寫難以達到這樣的效果。因此,要構建生動的故事情節、塑造豐滿的人物形象,就需要學會精細化地進行動作描寫,將動作分解成可陳述的連貫片段,串聯成動作鏈,從而構建生動、立體的畫面。

(一)名詞性從句
?主語從句
重點 掌握 (1)句首用it作形式主語,將真正的主語放在句尾,避免頭重腳輕;
(2)what引導的主語從句。
1.It suddenly struck/hit/occurred to me that playing against the other team is a great learning opportunity.
我突然意識到,與另一支隊伍比賽是一個很好的學習機會。
2.With his hard work, it is no wonder that he made such great progress in writing.

我欣然接受了這個想法,并自愿購買制作比薩所需的一切東西。
2.As a freshman, he was at a loss what (he was) to do to fit in with the new environment.

?表語從句
重點掌握   表語是用來說明主語的身份、性質、品性、特征和狀態的一種成分,最常見的表語從句:
(1)that 引導的表語從句,構成“what...is/was that...”或“the reason why...is/was that...”;
(2)whether 引導的表語從句;
(3)...seemed/appeared as if/as though類表語從句。
1. Now, the only problem is whether the new plan can solve the problem.
現在,唯一的問題是這項新計劃是否能解決問題。
2.The reason why Jerry told a lie was that he was afraid of being punished for breaking the vase.

(二)定語從句
重點 掌握   關系代詞who、whom、whose、that、which、as引導的定語從句是寫作的一大亮點,先行詞為人時,用who 或whom引導定語從句,先行詞為物時,用which或that引導定語從句;此外,還有which和as引導的非限制性定語從句,以及“介詞+關系代詞”引導的定語從句。
1.Despite his poor health, he managed to complete the training, which was extremely tough.
盡管身體不好,他還是努力完成了極其艱苦的訓練。

重點 掌握   狀語從句在句子中修飾謂語動詞、非謂語動詞、定語、狀語或整個句子,能夠讓文章更加生動。根據其作用可分為時間、地點、原因、條件、目的、結果、讓步、方式和比較九類從句。其中,讀后續寫中的高頻提分點為:狀語從句和狀語從句的省略。
狀語從句的引導詞:
(1)時間狀語從句:when、while、as、as soon as、the moment、every time;
(2)目的/結果狀語從句:so...that...、so that;
(3)讓步狀語從句:although、though、while、even if/though;
(4)比較狀語從句:the more...the more...、as...as...、no more...than。
1.The nurse encouraged me to visit Suki so that she would not be so lonesome.
護士鼓勵我去看望蘇琪,這樣她就不會那么孤獨了。(目的狀語從句)
2.As soon as I wrapped the scarf around David's neck, David's face lit up with joy.

結構二 妙用非謂語
重點掌握   恰當地運用非謂語對簡單句和復雜句進行轉換,不僅顯得句式多樣,句子活潑,而且可使表達更簡潔、更高級。高分結構如下:
(1)v.-ing(特別關注v.-ing作結果狀語,表示自然而然的結果);
(2)v.-ed;
(3)to do不定式(特別關注 to do不定式作目的狀語;only to do作結果狀語,表示出乎意料的結果);
(4)with復合結構;
(5)獨立主格結構。
1.On my last visit, she gave me an envelope, saying it contained her email address.
在我上次來訪時,她給了我一個信封,說里面有她的電子郵件地址。(v.-ing作狀語)
2.Instead, all the kids including those from other schools erupted into a big applause, cheering for his determination and persistence.
相反,所有的孩子,包括其他學校的孩子,都爆發出熱烈的掌聲,為他的決心和堅持歡呼。(v.-ing作狀語)
3.Burning with curiosity, she ran away from the riverbank and across the field to chase after the rabbit.

結構三 形容詞(短語)作狀語
重點 掌握   形容詞(短語)作狀語用來表達主語的狀態,或解釋某個動作的原因、結果或與之伴隨的狀態。形容詞(短語)往往用逗號和主句隔開。
1.Unable to answer the teacher's question, all the students kept silent.
回答不出老師的問題,學生們都保持沉默。
2.With the help of the helicopter, Mary got out of the forest and saw her husband, safe and sound.
在直升機的幫助下,瑪麗安然無恙地出了森林,見到了她的丈夫。
3.Curious to know what the crowd in the shop was staring at, Harry edged his way inside and squeezed in. 
哈利很好奇,想知道商店里的人群在看什么,于是便擠了進去。
結構四 部分或完全倒裝
重點掌握   倒裝用于表示對特定句子結構或句子成分的強調。倒裝句的使用豐富了語言表達,讓句式更加多樣。因此,適當使用倒裝會使文章的表達更生動,讓閱卷老師眼前一亮。
部分倒裝:
(1)“so+adj./adv.”置于句首引起的部分倒裝,強調某種情緒;
(2)not until、hardly/scarcely...when、no sooner...than、only then置于句首,引起的部分倒裝,強調動作發生的時間。
完全倒裝:
(1)為了強調時間、地點,而將時間、地點狀語放在句首;
(2)such位于句前作表語,往往作為升華、總結和強調。
1.So shocked was I that I was dumbfounded with my eyes wide open.
我震驚得睜大眼睛,呆在原地。
2.Not until then did Megan pour out what had been disturbing her the whole day.
直到那時梅根才說出了困擾她一整天的事。
3.No sooner had Tu Youyou stepped on the stage than the audience broke into thunderous applause.
屠呦呦一上臺,臺下就爆發出雷鳴般的掌聲。
4.Hardly had we fully enjoyed the great scenery when we arrived at our camp.

結構五 強調句型
重點掌握   強調句型可以突出重點,增強表達效果,將表達提高一個層次,使句式更加豐富。
一般采用兩種形式:
(1)強調句型:It is/was...that...;
(2)借助助動詞do/does/did強調謂語動詞。
1.It wasn't until I unpacked the bread at home that I realized that I'd broken the rules again.
直到我在家里打開面包的包裝,我才意識到我又違反了規定。
2.She firmly believed that it was my daily visit that contributed to her quick recovery.
她堅信,正是我每天的來訪使她迅速康復。
3.He did have the talent—his voice was clear and convincing, and his speech was logical and well-organized.
他確實很有天賦——他的聲音清晰且有說服力,他的演講邏輯清晰且有條理。
結構六 虛擬語氣
重點掌握   虛擬語氣用來表示一種假設,而不是客觀事實,所說的是條件,不一定是事實,或者與事實完全相反,常用來表達驚異、惋惜、遺憾、理應如此等含義,在續寫中可以用來表達比較強烈的感情。常見結構如下:
(1)沒……的話,某人就……:Without..., sb. would.../But for..., sb. would...;
(2)希望……: wishing...;
(3)但愿、只要、如果……就好了:If only...;
(4)如果再有一次機會,某人會……:Given one more chance, sb. would...
1.But for this experience, I wouldn't have realized that I should spend more time with my family.
要不是這次經歷,我就不會意識到我應該花更多的時間和家人在一起。
2.Steven lowered his head with embarrassment, wishing he hadn't made that slip of tongue.
史蒂文尷尬地低下頭,真希望剛才沒有口誤。
3.“If only I had listened to my mother's advice!” the little girl whispered to herself.
小女孩低聲對自己說,“要是我當初聽取了媽媽的建議該多好!”
4.Given one more chance, I wouldn't have judged a person by his appearance.

結構七 “動詞+賓語+賓語補足語”結構及it作形式賓語
重點 掌握   “動詞+賓語+賓語補足語”結構是讀后續寫中不可缺少的高分結構,正確掌握這種結構能夠為續寫篇章增色不少。為使句子結構保持平衡,也會用it作形式賓語,而將真正的賓語(動詞不定式或賓語從句)置于后面。
常見用于“動詞+賓語+賓語補足語”結構的動詞如下:
(1)五看 look at、see、watch、observe、notice;
(2)三讓make、let、have;
(3)兩聽hear、listen to;
(4)一感覺feel。
注意:find和get也用于此結構。
1. At the moment, I found myself filled with great guilt but greatly moved.
那一刻,我發現自己非常愧疚,但也非常感動。
2.Smiling at each other, we felt the evening just made everything worthwhile.
我們面帶微笑,覺得今晚讓一切都值得。
3.Seeing the polar bear on the move, Gross was greatly puzzled.
看到北極熊在移動,格羅斯感到非常困惑。

  One day in library, Catalina was reading a plant journal when she stopped at the picture of an unusual white flower. “It's called wild carrot.” A Spanish astronomer, who she saw several times in the observatory, stood behind her. “Pretty, isn't it I've always liked that flower, because it looks like a galaxy.”
  “A spiral galaxy (旋渦星系),” she whispered. Blond eyebrows climbed the scientist's forehead. “Indeed. And what is your name, young lady?” he asked.
  “I'm Catalina Solis.”

  “Yes.” She gave a look at him. “I want to be an astronomer when I grow up.”
