英語動詞按其過去式和過去分詞的構成方式可分為規則動詞和不規則動詞。不規則動詞的變化是因詞而異的，因此我們要專門記憶。

動詞過去式規則變化大全:
1.一般情況下，直接在詞尾加ed: stay--stayed wash--washed
2.以不發音e結尾的,加d: move--moved taste--tasted
3.重讀閉音節，雙寫最后一個輔音字母，再加ed:
plan--planned stop--stopped
4.以“輔音+y結尾”,y變i加ed:
worry--worried study--studied.
