Good living habits are very important in our lives.They influence us in many ways. I think good living habits make me healthier.
I used to be weak and had to go to hospital a lot. Later,with the help of a doctor, I formed some good living habits. First of all, I have a balanced and healthy diet. I have breakfast everyday and focus on eating more fruit and vegetables. Second, I have enough sleep , I go to bed early and sleep at least eight hours a day.Besides, I exercise regularly --three times a week. More importantly, in my daily life,I learn to relax by listening to music or watching movies. Not only can they help me feel relaxed ,but they also make me learn a lot.
Now,I am much healthier than before. And I think my good living habits will make me healthier and happier.
