Learning ability Improve the ability to learn independently and cooperatively. Cultivate the habit of observing and summarizing language rules. 二、Teaching Key Points 1. Help students understand the content of the two letters and master the key language points. 2. Careful reading Have students read the letters carefully again and complete the table on the blackboard. Have students work in pairs to check their answers. Invite some pairs to share their answers with the class and correct if necessary. Step 5: Post-reading (10 minutes) 1. Group discussion Divide students into groups of four and ask them to discuss the following questions: Do you think Alice's rules are too strict Why or why not What rules do you think are important at home and at school Why Encourage students to express their opinions freely and have a group representative report their group's discussion results. 2. Role-play Have two students act as Alice and Dr Know. They have a conversation based on the letters and express their feelings and thoughts about the rules. Other students listen carefully and give comments. Step 6: Summary and Homework (5 minutes) 1. Summarize the key points of this lesson: the rules mentioned in the letters and the expressions used to talk about rules and personal feelings. 2. Assign homework: Preview the next part of the unit.
