一、教學目標 1. 語言能力目標 學生能夠正確使用描述動物外貌、性格和能力的形容詞和動詞短語，如“scary”“friendly”“play with”“have good hearing”等。 學生能夠讀懂關于寵物狗幫助主人的短文，并獲取關鍵信息。 學生能夠模仿范文，寫一篇關于自己喜愛的動物的短文。 2. 學習能力目標 通過閱讀和寫作練習，培養學生的閱讀理解和書面表達能力。 引導學生運用預測、略讀、掃讀等閱讀策略，提高閱讀效率。 3. 思維品質目標 鼓勵學生思考人與動物的關系，培養學生的批判性思維和創新思維。 通過分析范文的結構和語言特點，培養學生的邏輯思維能力。 4. 文化意識目標 讓學生了解不同文化中人們對寵物的態度和關愛方式。 培養學生關愛動物、尊重生命的意識。 二、教學重難點 1. 教學重點 掌握描述動物的詞匯和句型。 理解 2a 短文的內容，掌握閱讀技巧。 能夠仿照 2b 的寫作要求，完成一篇關于自己喜愛的動物的短文。 2. 教學難點 如何引導學生運用所學詞匯和句型準確、生動地描述動物。 如何幫助學生在寫作中清晰地表達自己對動物的喜愛之情，并使文章邏輯連貫。 三、教學方法 1. 任務型教學法：通過布置閱讀和寫作任務，讓學生在完成任務的過程中掌握語言知識和技能。 2. 情景教學法：創設與動物相關的情景，激發學生的學習興趣和積極性。 3. 合作學習法：組織學生進行小組合作學習，培養學生的合作意識和交流能力。 四、教學過程 （一）Warming-up（5 分鐘） 1. Play a short video about different kinds of animals and ask students some questions: What animals can you see in the video Do you have a pet What is it 2. Lead in the topic “Animal Friends” and write it on the blackboard. （二）Pre-reading（5 分鐘） 1. Show some pictures of animals and ask students to describe them using adjectives. For example: This dog is cute and friendly. That cat is lazy but lovely. 2. Ask students to do the exercise in 2a: Talk about what you have in your schoolbag. Let them work in pairs and have a short conversation. （三）While-reading（10 分鐘） 1. Fast reading Ask students to read the passage in 2a quickly and answer the question: What is the passage mainly about Check the answers and guide students to summarize the main idea of the passage. 2. Careful reading Ask students to read the passage carefully and answer the following questions: What kind of dog is Xiaohua How does Xiaohua help the writer Why does the writer love Xiaohua so much Have students work in groups to discuss the answers and then share them with the class. Explain some key words and phrases, such as “blind” “have good hearing” “find one's way around” and help students understand the passage better. （四）Post-reading（10 分鐘） 1. Group discussion Ask students to discuss in groups: What do you think of the relationship between the writer and Xiaohua How can we take good care of our pets Invite some groups to share their opinions and have a class discussion. 2. Summary Summarize the main points of the passage and emphasize the importance of animals as our friends and how we should treat them kindly. （五）Writing（10 分鐘） 1. Ask students to read the questions in 2b and think about their favorite animals. 2. Guide students to make an outline for their writing. They can start with the appearance of the animal, then describe its abilities and personality, and finally explain why they like it. 3. Let students write their own posts for the website. Encourage them to use the words and sentence patterns they have learned. 4. Ask some students to share their writings with the class and give feedback and comments. （六）Homework（5 分鐘） 1. Ask students to revise their writings based on the feedback and comments. 2. Ask students to search for more information about animals and share it with the class next time. 五、教學反思 在本節課的教學中，通過多種教學方法的運用，如任務型教學法、情景教學法和合作學習法，學生的學習積極性得到了充分調動，較好地完成了教學目標。在閱讀環節，學生能夠運用閱讀策略獲取關鍵信息，理解短文內容。在寫作環節，大部分學生能夠仿照范文，描述自己喜愛的動物，但仍有部分學生在詞匯運用和句子結構方面存在一些問題，需要在今后的教學中加強指導和練習。此外，在課堂互動中，還應給予學生更多的表達機會，提高他們的口語表達能力。
