一、教學目標 1. Language knowledge goals Students are able to master and use vocabulary words and sentence patterns related to the importance of plants and animals, such as: plant, animal, tree, air, rest, give home to, be good for, etc. Students were able to understand the key information in the listening material and complete the relevant exercises. 2. Cultivate students' spirit of cooperative learning and improve their teamwork ability. 二、教學重難點 1. Teaching focus Master the vocabulary and sentence patterns related to the importance of plants and animals. Understand and understand the listening material about the importance of plants and animals. Cooperative learning method Organize students to study together in groups to cultivate students' cooperation ability and communication ability. 四、教學過程 (I) Lead in(5 minutes) 1. Show some beautiful pictures of natural scenery, including forests, gardens, zoos, etc., and guide the students to observe the plants and animals in the pictures. 2. Ask the students: What can you see in the pictures Do you like plants and animals Why Raise students' interest in plants and animals to introduce the theme of this lesson. (Ii) Word learning (10 minutes) 1. Use pictures and objects to present new words: plan, animal, tree, air, rest, give home to, etc., let students learn new words through observation, following reading, spelling and other ways. 2. Play word games, such as word solitaire, guess words, etc., to consolidate the words learned. (III) Listening training (15 minutes) 1. Activity 1A Let the students read the questions and options in the listening exercises, and predict the listening content. Play the recording, students listen carefully and complete the matching exercises of views and characters. Play the recording again, check the answers, and let the students say the reason for the choice. 2. Activity 1B Let the students read the sentences in the blanks exercise first to understand the meaning of the sentences. Play the recording, and the students listen and fill in the blanks. Play the recording for the third time, and ask the students to check the answers. Then, the teacher checks the answers together with the students, and explains the key words and sentence patterns. (IV) Group discussion (5 minutes) 1. Break the students into groups of 4 5 students each. 2. Each group gives out pictures of animals and plants, as well as tips to discuss questions. 3. Students will discuss the importance of animals and plants in groups according to the pictures and prompts, such as: What animals and plants do you think are important to us Why are they important How do they help us in our everyday life 4. Each group will elect a representative to report the results of the group discussion to the whole class. 2. Other groups listen carefully and can ask questions or supplement. 3. The teacher evaluates the students 'reports, affirms the students' advantages, points out the shortcomings, and gives suggestions for improvement. (Vi) Summary and expansion (5 minutes) 1. The teacher and the students review this lesson, including vocabulary, sentence patterns and discussion about the importance of plants and animals. 2. Assignment: Let students write a short article about an animal or plant that is important, including its characteristics, importance and help to human beings. Let the students collect more information about the protection of plants and animals and share it in the next class. 五、教學反思 In the teaching of this class, through the use of various teaching methods, students have better mastered the vocabulary and sentence patterns related to the importance of plants and animals, and have shown some enthusiasm and participation in the listening and speaking activities. However, in the group discussion section, some students 'language expression is not accurate and fluent enough, so it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students' language output ability in the future teaching.
