四、冠詞
冠詞是置于名詞之前,限定名詞所表示的人或事物的一種虛詞。冠詞不能離開名詞單獨使用。
1、定冠詞the的用法
定冠詞可與可數名詞的單數和復數放在一起使用，也可與不可數名詞放在一起使用。在輔音前讀[ ]，在元音前讀/ i/，在特別強調時可讀作/ i:/，例: the apple , the keys, the milk.
用法1:指說話人和聽說人已知的人或事物。
例: What colour is the pen
用法2:指上文已經提到過的人或事物.
例:I have a jacket. The jacket is orange
2.不定冠詞a和an的用法
不定冠詞a和an意為 “一（個、張、片、條、副……）”。
不定冠詞的基本概念是“非特指”，用于指某類人或物中的任何一個或某一個。
不定冠詞只能與單數可數名詞一起使用。
例: a ruler“一把尺子” an orange“一個橙子”
a的用法
a用于以輔音音素發音開頭的字母或單詞前.
例: 1. There is a" b" in the word "blue".

—It's a map.

an用于以元音音素發音開頭的字母或單詞前

不定冠詞a和an使用口訣:
冠詞a，an兩種帽，單數名詞常需要；
輔音單數a提前，元音單數an優先。
3.零冠詞
零冠詞指名詞前不加冠詞的情況。一般來說，復數名詞、不可數名詞或專有名詞前不使用冠詞，某些固定短語中也不使用冠詞。
例：Apples are healthy.
I like milk.
My friend is in China.

詢問位置、地點的句型
單數句型
問：Where is+單數名詞/代詞？
答：It’s+地點
（用“方位介詞+地點名詞”表示）

復數句型
問：Where are+復數名詞/代詞？
答：They’re +地點
（用“方位介詞+地點名詞”表示）
例：Where are my new glasses They’re on your head.

Hello! My name is Li Hua. This is my room. It is clean and tidy.
There are many（許多） things in my room. My clothes and cap are on the bed. They’re black and yellow. My shoes are white and black. They’re under the bed. My schoolbag is orange. It’s on the chair. My school things are in the schoolbag. I have a basketball. It’s in the box under the chair.
