Why: The grammar section focuses on learning and consolidating wh- questions. The word choice is used to consolidate the use of special question words. Reading is used to extend and summarize the dates and activities of the special birthdays to broaden students' horizons and guide them to express their family and national feelings from knowing their own birthdays to those of their family and friends to those special days.
