教材 分析 What: The content is the grammar part of Section A. When, How old, What, How much, and How many kilos… are presented in the Grammar Focus section. The sentences in the Grammar Focus table are the key sentence patterns and their complete answers. 3b is a controlled grammar exercise to help students identify the question words how many/much/old, what, when, who, where and why. 3c asks students to read to find out more about the dates of the special birthdays and the involved activities. 3d asks groups of students to investigate more dates and activities for the special birthdays. Why: The grammar section focuses on learning and consolidating wh- questions. The word choice is used to consolidate the use of special question words. Reading is used to extend and summarize the dates and activities of the special birthdays to broaden students' horizons and guide them to express their family and national feelings from knowing their own birthdays to those of their family and friends to those special days. How: In addition to asking students to observe grammatical phenomena and explore the basic grammatical rules of wh- questions, students should also be guided to summarize the wh- questions they have learned in a timely manner, so as to cultivate the learning habit of summarizing knowledge in a timely manner and the ability to learn independently learning. The core sentence patterns are “How much…” “How many kilos…” and their answers.
