I 文體介紹
通知是上級對下級、組織對成員或平行單位之間部署工作、傳達事情或召開會議等所使用的應用文。?？嫉脑掝}有活動、展覽、比賽、講座等事項通知。通知要求言簡意賅、措辭得當、時間及時。通知分為口頭通知和書面通知，其中，書面通知考查較頻繁。

語態：被動語態
人稱：2nd & 3rd 人稱

IV. 語言表達積累
1. 活動目的
With the aim of /For the purpose of/ To serve the purpose of..., With the intention/objective of ...,（為了...), 該活動is to be held.../is scheduled to be held...
活動時間，地點，主題，活動內容，注意事項。
活動時間地點的表達：
①As scheduled, it is supposed to be launched at 2:30 this Wednesday afternoon in the school hall.
②It will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, lasting about 2 hours.
③The meeting will be held in/at the stadium/auditorium at....
活動主題的表達
with the topic of /with the theme of 以...為主題
whose topic is/entitled/themed 以...為主題
①Our school will hold an art show themed “Most honored Worker” next week.
②An English speech contest entitled “Know More About China” is scheduled to be held in our school hall next Sunday.
介紹參加人員：
① Those who are interested in… are welcome to participate.
② Please come and join in it. Everybody is welcome to attend it.
③ The activity is designed for students who have a passion for...
活動內容：
①By then, there will be various activities that you are surely to be interested in, including ... (內容較為靈活)
②During..., a variety of activities will be presented, ranging from ...to... I bet there is bound to be one that can appeal to you.
活動要求、注意事項、期待或歡迎
（1）活動特殊要求：
①All teachers and students are required /asked to…(全體師生務必要……)
Everybody is expected to attend it on time.
②Those who want to take part are supposed to sign up for/register for it at the Student Union.
③No asking for leave without special reasons.沒有特殊原因不準請假。
④Keep it in mind that no photos or food and drink are allowed in the museum. (校外)
⑤To guarantee to get there as scheduled如期，please wait at the school gate at 7∶00 am next Sunday. (校外)

V.寫作范本

內容要點：1. 比賽的時間，地點；
2.參賽要求；
3.報名方式。
注意：
詞數80詞左右；2. 可適當增加細節，使內容充實，行文連貫。
Notice
With the aims of enhancing our public speaking skills, we are excited to announce that the upcoming English speech contest themed “Living Legends in My Heart” is scheduled to take place next Friday in the lecture hall.
Anyone interested in it is welcome. Participants are required to deliver a speech of no more than 5 minutes, focusing on an inspiring figure who makes a significant impact on you. Anyone from a Nobel winner to a local hero can be the chosen legend. To sign up, please submit your name, class, and the title of your speech to the Student Union by this Friday.
