My life has changed a lot in the last few years.
I used to be short, but now I’m one of the tallest students in my class. I used to be shy and quiet, but now I’m outgoing and I like to make friends. I used to hate reading, but now I have fallen in love with it.
The most important change in my life was becoming interested in reading. Last summer my best friend gave me an interesting book to read. I enjoyed it so much that I started to read other books. It was the most important change because reading gives me a lot of knowledge and makes me very happy. As a famous saying goes, “Reading makes a full man”.

How I’ve Changed!
My life has changed a lot in the last few years. All those changes brought me a lot.
I used to be short and thin, but by doing exercise, I became taller and stronger now. The biggest change in my life was my personality. It was the most important change because doing exercise made me more outgoing and confident, which helped me make more friends. Also, l stayed focused(注意力集中） and didn't become absent-minded in class any more（上課再也不跑神了）. In addition, I believe that what I read can shape who l will be. The Change Made Me Confident
In the past, l was a shy girl, and I was afraid to show my voice in public, But a singing competition changed me for the better. The greatest change for me is that l have become more confident.
One day, our school held a singing competition. Although I wanted to join, the fear of standing in front of a crowd discouraged me(站在人前的恐懼使我氣餒). During the summer vacation, l set out on an unforgettable adventure--learning to cook, which benefited me a lot.
In the past, cooking was a challenge for me because my parents prepared all my meals for me. However, as the school set the labor classes(設置勞動課）, l had to learn how to cook and try cooking simple dishes. Instead of feeling upset about the change（代替對改變沮喪）, I watched cooking videos to learn basic kitchen skills, l started with simple recipes, and gradually tried more difficult ones. After a month, I am interested in several key cooking skills. By learning to cook, I could not only take good care of myself but also get a sense of achievement(我不僅能照顧好自己也能獲得成就感）.
In a word, every change shapes us into who we want to be. We should walk out of our comfort zone to face changes positively.

Changes shape my future
Grade 7 seems like a distant past and here l am, a Grade 9 student! Along the way, I've noticed many changes in myself.
The most important change was in my learning. All the subjects were getting much more difficult than before, so the pressure of studying was like a heavy mountain, making me feel tired. However, l developed an interest（培養一個興趣） in physics, which was like a gift in my studies. Its charm was so fascinating that I knew I had to change my learning habits, or I would fall behind others（落后他們）. Besides, by keeping a healthy diet（保持健康飲食）, I've not only grown taller and stronger, but also got into a healthier lifestyle（有更健康的生活方式）.

How I've changed
As years passed, I'm already a ninth-grade student, and l have changed a lot. Now let's talk about what I've changed.
First, l used to be short, and l always stand front when other students form a line(排隊的時候總是站在前面), I admire those tall student very much. Later, with the parents advice, l begin to do some exercise, such as playing basketball and running. After a year, I'm taller than most of my classmates, which makes me very glad. Besides, l used to be bad at English, l always make some mistakes in grammar, with my English teacher's suggestions, I start to watch English movies and listen to the English tapes in my free time.
