In our school， we usually go running during the 30-minute break. The bell rings and then the students all walk out of the classroom to the playground. Then we line up and run together(排隊跑操）. Recently，we had a discussion about whether students should surf the Internet（上網）. Here are some of our opinions.
Some students said that students should be allowed to surf the Internet. They think they can get useful information on the Internet（在網上獲得有用信息） and it is good for their study. What's more, they can shop, chat and make friends online, which brings great convenience to（帶來巨大方便） their life.

Nowadays, mobile phones have become more and more popular and important in our daily lives. It is a serious problem if teenagers should be allowed to bring mobile phones to school. Different people have different opinions on it.
Some people think teenagers should be allowed to bring mobile phones to school, because mobile phones can make teenagers get in touch with（聯系） their parents, teachers and classmates when they get in trouble（處于困難之中）. Follow and Grow
Rules can make a big difference to our society. As for me, they're many rules in my family. Let me tell you two rules in my family.
One is that I'm supposed to go back home before 9 p.m. and go to bed before 10 pm. As the saying goes, “Early to bed and early to rise can make a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” The other rule is that I'm not allowed to talk while I'm eating because it's impolite. Because of these rules, I have developed lots of good habits and have a healthy and strong body.

Rules plays an important part in our daily life. As for me, there are many rules in my family. Let me tell you some of them in my family.
For example, I'm not allowed to hang out with my friends after 10:00 o'clock. I understand that my parents are really worried about my safety. I think China is the safest country in the world, so there is no need for them to worry about that. What's more, I have to take extra classes on weekends. In my opinion, too many classes always drive me crazy. But when I want to give up, they always encourage me to stick to(堅持） studying. With their encouragement, my grades get better gradually. In addition, in order to help me keep fit and reduce stress, my parents ask me to do exercise every day. They also require me to get up early and have a balanced diet. I totally agree with them. I hope this letter finds you well. I'm writing to tell you the rules I disagree with in my home and I really get tired of（厭煩） these rules at home.
Finishing all the homework is a great challenge for me, so I always go to bed after 10 o'clock p.m. What's worse, I must get up before six a.m and review what I've learned. My mother is just like a "clock" that never stops ticking. Rules, rules, rules. My life is filled with different kinds of rules. I just want to find some freedom and time to enjoy myself, but it seems hard to be allowed to make my own decisions. Every coin has two sides. Many people think that it is a common symbol of that school to wear school uniforms for students. For me, I think we should be allowed to choose our own clothes.
First, when beautiful clothes are worn by us, students will have a good mood and enough confidence to go to school every day. Then the different colors and styles of our clothes can develop good communication with friends and students easily. It will be much easier to make more friends with same interests and taste. What's more, if different students wear different clothes, they will be full of energy and more active at school.
Different people have different opinions, but I think teenagers should be encouraged to make their own decisions on clothes.

Should teenagers follow the family rules
No rules, no standards. Life is always full of all kinds of rules. So is our family.
First of all, I should not be allowed to stay up late until 11 p.m. at night, my parents believe that having enough sleep is important for a middle school student to keep our energy and physical health. What's more, my parents have always taught me how important it is to work hard at school and enter university. I understand this even though they are too strict with me sometimes. And I must complete my homework seriously with full attention. I am only allowed to play on the phone for 1 to 2 hours on weekends. In fact, it is a waste of time.
